Vice President Corporate Communication Telkom, Arif Prabowo, mengatakan, mereka masih mengidentifikasi penyebab gangguan dan akan terus memantau layanan IndiHome secara keseluruhan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Atas kejadian ini, Telkom menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada pelanggan yang terdampak dan merasakan ketidaknyamanan terhadap layanan IndiHome,&#8221; ujar Arif kepada wartawan, Kamis (13\/8\/2020). Dikabarkan sebelumnya, layanan internet IndiHome dilaporkan bermasalah. Perangkat modem pun sudah dicoba berulang kali di restart namun jaringan tak kunjung tersedia.
