{"id":96020,"date":"2020-07-23T17:17:49","date_gmt":"2020-07-23T10:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=96020"},"modified":"2020-07-23T17:17:49","modified_gmt":"2020-07-23T10:17:49","slug":"tiga-fase-program-pemulihan-koperasi-dan-umkm-di-tengah-pandemi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2020\/07\/23\/tiga-fase-program-pemulihan-koperasi-dan-umkm-di-tengah-pandemi\/","title":{"rendered":"Tiga Fase Program Pemulihan Koperasi dan UMKM di Tengah Pandemi"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"content\">\n<p><strong>JAKARTA, <a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/\">Nawacita<\/a> &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah melakukan upaya-upaya cepat untuk membantu agar aktivitas koperasi dan UMKM dapat tetap bertahan di tengah pandemi Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah, Teten Masduki, dalam laporannya kepada Presiden menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya telah menyiapkan tiga fase program pemulihan koperasi dan UMKM melalui Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir (LPDB).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPertama, fase program survival. Fase awal ini kami telah melakukan restrukturisasi pinjaman mitra LPDB dalam bentuk penundaan pembayaran angsuran dan jasa selama 12 bulan,\u201d ujarnya di acara Penyaluran Dana Bergulir untuk Koperasi Dalam Rangka Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional yang digelar di Istana Negara, Jakarta, pada Kamis, 23 Juli 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Pihaknya telah melakukan restrukturisasi kepada 40 mitra koperasi (100 persen) dengan fasilitas penundaan pokok, perpanjangan jangka waktu, hingga penambahan fasilitas pinjaman atau pembiayaan dengan total\u00a0<em>outstanding<\/em>\u00a0sebesar Rp135,7 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLPDB tidak mengenakan bunga selama masa penundaan pembayaran sehingga secara langsung ini merupakan subsidi bunga dari LPDB sebesar 100 persen selama satu tahun,\u201d imbuh Teten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2020\/07\/23\/jokowi-secepatnya-berikan-bantuan-bagi-koperasi-dan-umkm\/\">Jokowi: Secepatnya Berikan Bantuan Bagi Koperasi dan UMKM<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fase kedua dari kebijakan ini ialah fase pemulihan ekonomi di mana pemerintah menyediakan alokasi pembiayaan tambahan sebesar Rp1 triliun yang khusus disalurkan kepada koperasi untuk menjangkau sekitar 4,8 juta UMKM anggotanya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSampai saat ini kami telah melakukan penyaluran pinjaman atau pembiayaan baru dengan total pencairan sebesar Rp381,4 miliar,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2020\/07\/23\/jokowi-pasrah-ekonomi-ri-kuartal-ii-2020-bisa-minus-5-persen\/\">Jokowi Pasrah Ekonomi RI Kuartal II-2020 Bisa Minus 5 Persen<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adapun fase ketiga, penumbuhan ekonomi, Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah juga menyiapkan sejumlah kebijakan untuk memudahkan akses pembiayaan koperasi dan UMKM dengan bunga ringan dan pendampingan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni juga bagian dari upaya kami untuk membangun kelembagaan yang lebih mudah di UMKM untuk memudahkan kami dalam pembinaan ke depan. Sebab, jumlah UMKM sangat besar, 64 juta dan terpencar, kalau kita tidak sederhanakan kelembagaannya maka akan berat di pembinaannya,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam acara tersebut, turut dihadirkan sejumlah koperasi penerima program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional melalui LPDB sebanyak 6 koperasi penerima restrukturisasi berupa penundaan pokok dan bunga serta 14 koperasi penerima perluasan modal kerja.
