Kacang hitam juga kaya akan pati resisten. Konsumsi 9 gram kacang hitam dapat menyeimbangkan efek dari diet steak-berat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ikan kembung<\/strong><br \/>\nSebuah penelitian terbaru di Denmark mengaitkan minyak ikan dengan jumlah sperma yang lebih tinggi pada pria muda.
