Namun dibalik daerah yang tersebut<br \/>\nsebelumnya ada daerah daerah di Aceh Besar yang hari ini minim atensi dari pemerintah atau<br \/>\ndinas terkait, katakanlah pulo aceh yang saat ini mungkin masyarakatnya sedang berdikari untuk<br \/>\npendidikan dan lain hal, bahkan sebelum wabah Covid 19 menjadi kendala, pendidikan di pulo<br \/>\naceh berlangsung tidak normal seperti ketidak hadiran guru di ruang kelas ditambah lagi krisis<br \/>\nwabah seperti ini memang tidak ada PBM (proses belajar mengajar) yang berjalan di pulo aceh,<br \/>\nselain pulo aceh ada juga daerah yang hari ini terkendala fasilitas dalam melaksanakan PBM<br \/>\nsecara daring seperti lamteuba, lhoong, krueng raya dan beberapa daerah lain yang termasuk<br \/>\ndaerah kurang di perhatikan dalam hal pendidikan.<\/p>\n<p>Daerah pesisir dan pegunungan ini seharusnya menjadi indikator sukses tidaknya<br \/>\npenerapan sistem pendidikan di aceh besar karena melihat kultur daerah dan jalur akses<br \/>\npelayanan yang sulit, bukan sebaliknya. Idealnya dinas pendidikan aceh besar hadir sebagai<br \/>\nlembaga pemerintah yang visioner agar peserta didik di daerah tersebut merasakan kaidah sama<br \/>\nrasa sama rata dalam hal pendidikan di Aceh Besar dan disinilah letak kontrol sosial yang<br \/>\ndibutuhkan masyarakat aceh besar.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam dilema covid 19 akses pendidikan di daerah minim atensi ini terkesan statis,<br \/>\nkenapa demikian, akibat dinas terkait nge bug dalam hal inovatif dan implementatif. Saat ini<br \/>\ndinas pendidikan hanya meneruskan kebijakan dari pusat dan belum ada satupun kebijakan atau<br \/>\nsolusi atas antisipasi terdegradasinya pendidikan di Aceh Besar, kalaupun tidak bisa<br \/>\nmengambil kebijakan interpersonal setidaknya menyiapkan solusi yang konsrtuktif dan<br \/>\nrelevan dengankondisi aceh besar saat ini, karena secara realitas aceh besar dan pusat berbeda<br \/>\nterkait intensitas kasus covid 19, kalaupun tetap melaksanakan sistem PBM secara daring,<br \/>\ndaerah pesisir dan pegunungan di area Aceh Besar tidak mumpuni dalam hal fasilitas seperti<br \/>\njaringan internet dan media, belum lagi permasalahan minat belajar peserta didik melalui<br \/>\ndaring, ada dua permasalahan fundamental yang penulis soroti terkait implentasi sistem PBM<br \/>\nsecara daring bagisiswa kelas 1 sampai 4 sekolah dasar.<\/p>\n<p>Pertama secara psikologi siswa masih memerlukan mentor dan tidak mungkin kita<br \/>\nberharap kepada orang tua karena tidak semua orang tua mempunyai waktu luang belum<br \/>\nlagi tuntutan ekonomi yang harus mereka penuhi, yang kedua pendidikan karakter dan<br \/>\nmoralitas lebih di butuhkan siswa kelas 1-4 sd dan tidak mungkin di dapatkan secara daring.<br \/>\nAlasan dalam kondisi covid 19 ini menghambat segala aktivitas dan tidak berjalan seratus<br \/>\npersen sudah tabu untuk kita pahami, disini lah di butuhkan peran pemerintah untuk<br \/>\nmenstabilitaskan kondisi sosial dan pendidikan, walaupun tidak terealisasi 100% setidaknya<br \/>\n50% bisa kita wujudkan. Covid 19memang berbahaya namun lebih berbahaya kalau 40 tahun<br \/>\nkedepan Aceh Besar di pimpin oleh generasi apatis dan pragmatis. kita sudah kalah dan<br \/>\ntidak siap untuk melawan covid, tapi tolong jangan jadikan ini sebagai pembenaran atas<br \/>\nkegagalan kebijakan pemerintahan.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, penulis dan beberapa pemuda aceh besar sudah melakukan audiensi dengan<br \/>\nkomisi v dprk aceh besar selaku leading sektor pendidikan dan turut dihadiri ketua komisi v<br \/>\nBapak Muhibuddin (ucok) terkait permasalahan pendidikan serta telah menyerahkan draft<br \/>\nsebagai pertimbangan solusi untuk permasalahan ini agar bisa di sampaikan kepada dinas<br \/>\npendidikan Aceh Besar. Dalam lampiran draft tersebut ada beberapa butir poin yang<br \/>\nkami sampaikan, termasuk membentuk relawan pendidikan jika memang perlu untuk<br \/>\nmembantuproses belajar mengajar (PBM), namun sampai detik ini belum menuai hasil dan<br \/>\neksistensiapapun.<\/p>\n<p>Jangan jadikan gerakan pemuda ini sebagai ancaman bagi dinas terkait, kami pemuda<br \/>\nhanya menjalankan peran pemuda dalam amanah konstitusi, tapi ambilah ide dan gagasan yang<br \/>\nkami sampaikan sebagai formulasi arah langkah pendidikan Aceh Besar. Penulis berharap DPRK<br \/>\nAceh Besar khususnya komisi v tetap bekerja sesuai tupoksi dan harus faham fungsi kerja dewan<br \/>\nsebagai lembaga pengawasan.
