{"id":94170,"date":"2020-06-27T03:38:29","date_gmt":"2020-06-26T20:38:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=94170"},"modified":"2020-06-27T03:38:48","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T20:38:48","slug":"masuk-new-normal-bpjs-kesehatan-terapkan-protokol-kesehatan-salah-satunya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2020\/06\/27\/masuk-new-normal-bpjs-kesehatan-terapkan-protokol-kesehatan-salah-satunya\/","title":{"rendered":"Masuk New Normal, BPJS Kesehatan Terapkan Protokol Kesehatan Salah Satunya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Surabaya, Nawacita &#8211; Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan\u00a0 Surabaya mulai menerapkan Berbagai aturan\u00a0 pelayanan kesehatan Seperti pemberlakuan physical distancing apalagi pula penerapan new normal sudah diberlakukan saat ini sesuai\u00a0 dengan anjuran pemerintah<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seperti pembatasan jarak, pemakaian masker, pengecekan suhu tubuh serta mewajibkan setiap Peserta JKN-KIS yang akan mengurus kepesertaan di kantor BPJS kesehatan untuk selalu mematuhi Protokol kesehatan salah satunya.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini dilakukan untuk memutus penyebaran Pandemi Covid-19, Penyampaian hal tersebut disampaikan oleh kepala BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Surabaya, Herman Dinata Mihardja\u00a0 pada saat Cangkruan Virtual media Gathering 2020 dengan media melalui Zoom, Jumat (26\/6\/2020).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menghadapi new normal ini, kami sudah menerapkan bagi seluruh peserta JKN-KIS yang akan mengurus di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan cabang surabaya harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang ada<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; Mulai dari penggunaan masker, cuci tangan sebelum masuk ke ruang pelayanan, hingga menjaga jarak,\u201d terang Herman Dinata Mihardja<\/p>\n<p>Di tambahkan Herman juga menghimbau kepada\u00a0 Peserta JKN Dan KIS tidak perlu ke layanan kantor BPJS kesehatan tetapi bisa\u00a0 memanfaatkan layanan melalui Mobile JKN atau melalui BPJS Kesehatan Care Center 1500 400.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atau melalui VIKA (Voice Interactive JKN) dan CHIKA (Chat Assistant JKN) yang dapat diakses melalui Facebook messenger, telegram, maupun Whatsapp di nomor 0811 8750 400.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Yang tadinya berniat pergi ke kantor BPJS Kesehatan, sekarang cukup buka Mobile JKN lewat smartphone saja.
