Sidang tersebut sempat tertunda sejak Maret 2020 karena pandemi Covid-19.<\/p>\n<div class=\"picked-article\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1557805406423-0\" class=\"ads detail_text\" data-google-query-id=\"CMSR0fLMmeoCFRZ5KwodhbwA6g\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/12890435\/desktop_news_detail_text_0__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Seperti sebelumnya, sebanyak 7 perkara pengujian revisi\u00a0UU KPK\u00a0akan disidangkan bersamaan, salah satunya yang diajukan mantan pimpinan KPK Agus Rahardjo dan kawan-kawan. Kuasa hukum Agus Rahardjo dkk, Violla Reinanda, melalui pesan singkat, Selasa, mengatakan pihaknya akan menghadirkan dua ahli dalam sidang pada Rabu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk perkara Nomor 79\/PUU-XVII\/2019, ahli yang dihadirkan ada 2, yakni Prof. Bagir Manan dan Dr Aan Eko Widiarto,&#8221; tutur Violla Reinanda.<\/p>\n<p>Violla menuturkan Ketua Mahkamah Agung 2001-2008 Prof. Bagir Manan serta akademisi Universitas Brawijaya Aan Eko Widiarto akan memberikan keterangan untuk memperkuat bangunan konstitusional pengujian formil. Untuk tujuh perkara dengan nomor 59\/PUU-XII\/2019, 62\/PUU-XVII\/2019, 70\/PUU-XVII\/2019, 71\/PUU-XVII\/2019, 73\/PUU-XVII\/2019, 77\/PUU-XVII\/2019 dan 79\/PUU-XVII\/2019 itu, dalam sidang sebelumnya telah didengar keterangan dari pemerintah, DPR serta ahli yang dihadirkan para pemohon.<\/p>\n<p>Ahli yang hadir di antaranya para pimpinan lembaga antirasuah itu yang terdahulu, pakar tata negara serta filsafat politik.
