Namun Purba mengatakan, kita perlu memilih jenis olahraga yang sesuai dan menyehatkan.<\/p>\n<p>Nah, agar olahraga bisa membuat imunitas membaik, maka harus memenuhi kriteria FITT. FITT itu merupakan singkatan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F artinya frekuensi, di mana olahraga sebaiknya dilakukan 3-5 kali seminggu.<\/li>\n<li>I berarti intensities, lakukanlah olahraga dengan intensitas sedang atau 65-75 persen dari danyut nadi maksimal (DNM) dikurangi umur (220-umur).<\/li>\n<li>T berarti time, atau lamanya berolahraga. Lakukan olahraga 20-30 menit, dan apabila kemampuannya memungkinkan, bisa dilakukan selama satu jam.<\/li>\n<li>T terakhir merupakan tipe atau jenis olahraga yang dilakukan harus bersifat aerobik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cDi masa pandemi karena harus diam di rumah, jenis olahraganya bisa sepeda statis, jalan\/jogging, loncat-loncat di tempat tanpa berhenti, sesuai kemampuan,\u201d tutur dia. Lalu, kata Purba, bagi yang ingin bersepeda ke luar ruangan, pastikan tidak mendekati kerumunan. Namun yang terpenting, olahragalah sesuai kemampuan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBersepedalah di tempat datar dengan intensitas ringan hingga sedang. Olahraga yang sehat itu, ringan tapi lama. Seperti bersepeda santai atau jalan kaki selama satu jam,\u201d tutur dia. Tandanya, saat berolahraga, orang tersebut masih dapat berbicara dengan baik bersama teman di sekitarnya. &#8220;Tidak ngos-ngosan,&#8221; sebut dia. Bahagia Kemudian, lakukan olahraga dengan suasana hati gembira agar dapat mengoptimalkan produksi hormon kebahagiaan atau endorphin dan meningkatkan imunitas.<\/p>\n<p>Ada pun olahraga yang berguna untuk menguatkan dan menyehatkan otot saraf, tulang, dan persendian, bisa dengan latihan beban 2-3 kali perminggu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBisa dengan menggunakan dumble yang berat bebannya disesuaikan dengan kemampuan peserta olahraga,\u201d imbuh Purba. Intensitas sedang Purba kembali menekankan pentingnya olahraga intensitas sedang. Olahraga intensitas sedang dapat meningkatkan imunitas, meningkatkan kemampuan, dan aktivitas Natural Killer Cells serta IgA. Natural Killer Cells dan IgA berperan penting dalam melindungi saluran pernapasan sehingga daya tahan saluran pernapasan terhadap infeksi bakteri dan virus lebih baik. Sedangkan olahraga intensitas berat akan meningkatkan sekresi hormon kortisol. Hormon kortisol kata Purba, justru berpotensi merusak sistem imunitas dan bisa menurunkan aktivitas Natural Killer
