Telkomsel menugaskan Veronika melayani kebutuhan pelanggan mereka di aplikasi pesan instan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Direktur Utama Telkomsel Ririek Adriansyah mengatakan pihaknya memilih asisten virtual untuk membuka opsi tambahan bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan pelanggannya. Tujuannya tak lain untuk mempercepat proses pelayanan konsumen agar lebih efektif.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dibanding yang lain, kelebihannya lebih cepat dan lebih akurat,&#8221; ujar Ririek di acara perkenalan Veronika di Telkomsel Smart Office, Jakarta, Kamis (24\/8).<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"detikdetailtext\">Veronika bisa ditemui di tiga aplikasi pesan instan populer di Indonesia yakni Line, Facebook Messenger, dan Telegram. Dalam pengembangannya, anak perusahaan Telkom ini menggandeng Accenture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Secara sederhana, Veronika memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang punya sejumlah kemampuan. Melalui Veronika, pelanggan bisa membeli pulsa, paket, hingga melacak lokasi GraPARI terdekat cukup lewat pertanyaan di aplikasi pesan instan.<\/p>\n<p>Kendati demikian, Veronika belum bisa menerima keluhan pelanggan. Ririek beralasan kemampuan tersebut bisa dipelajari AI Veronica seiring waktu berjalan.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"detikdetailtext\">Pertimbangan Telkomsel menciptakan asisten virtual yang dibenamkan ke ketiga aplikasi tadi karena keseharian masyarakat yang tak jauh dari media sosial. Ririek menuturkan hal itu menjadi dasar alasan membuat Veronika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Indonesia adalah pengguna media sosial yang sangat besar, lima besar dunia, sehingga kita merasa perlu menghadirkan layanan digital di media sosial,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka yang berniat mengakses layanan Veronica di Line dan Facebook Messenger bisa menghubunginya lewat akun <em>@telkomsel<\/em>.
