Nah, oleh karenanya, kami menghimpun 7 tips ringan dan sederhana yang bisa kalian terapkan untuk menghindari dan menanggulangi stress saat berkendara. Jaga Kondisi Tubuh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yap, bagian ini adalah salah satu bagian paling utama yang perlu kalian perhatikan, karena faktor jasmani sangat berpengaruh pada mood berkendara kalian. Jangan lupa untuk berolahraga, menjaga kebugaran, dan juga mengkonsumsi makanan yang sehat. Dengan begitu, kalian akan mendapatkan kondisi prima, dan menghadapi padatnya jalanan dengan maksimal.
