Tarmizi diduga menerima suap total Rp 425 juta untuk menolak gugatan perdata yang diajukan Eastern Jason Fabrication Service Pte Ltd terhadap PT Aqua Marine Divindo Inspection.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam perkara tersebut, Eastern Jason mengalami kerugian dan menuntut PT Aqua Marine membayar ganti rugi 7,6 juta dollar AS dan 131.000 dollar Singapura.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini, KPK telah menahan tiga tersangka dalam kasus suap yang terungkap dari operasi tangkap tangan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan.<\/p>\n<p>Ketiga tersangka itu adalah Tarmizi dan pengacara Akhmad Zaini.
