JAKARTA, Nawacita<\/a> –<\/strong> DPR RI mendesak Presiden Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo untuk segera menerbitkan Perpres pengganti terkait iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Hal itu sebagai tindak lanjut dari putusan Mahkamah Agung yang membatalkan Perpres Nomor 75 Tahun 2019.<\/p>\n

Wakil Ketua Komisi IX DPR RI Nihayatul Wafiroh menjelaskan, desakan ke pemerintah adalah jalan satu-satunya agar iuran BPJS Kesehatan kembali normal.<\/p>\n

\u201cAgar BPJS Kesehatan segera bisa mengeksekusi keputusan MA, dan rakyat tidak terbebani lagi dengan iuran yang melilit leher ini,\u201d kata perempuan yang akrab disapa Ninik saat dikonfirmasi, Sabtu (2\/4).<\/p>\n

1. Ada waktu 90 hari menunggu Presiden mengeluarkan Perpres<\/h2>\n

Tanpa salinan resmi putusan MA, menurutnya, BPJS tidak bisa berbuat banyak untuk menurunkan tarif. Sementara itu, salinan keputusan MA No. 7 P\/HUM\/2020 baru diterima BPJS pada 31 Maret 2020.<\/p>\n

\u201cAda waktu 90 hari setelah diterimanya salinan resmi hasil keputusan MA ini untuk mengubah Perpres No 75\/2019 mengenai kenaikan iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Jadi ada waktu sampai tanggal 30 Juni 2020 menunggu Presiden mengubahnya,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n

2. RDP Komisi IX mendesak BPJS mendorong percepatan Perpres<\/h2>\n

Dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat bersama BPJS, Dewan Jaminan Sosial Nasional (DJSN) dan Dewan Pengawas BPJS Kesehatan pada Kamis (30\/4), Komisi IX juga meminta BPJS untuk membuat proyeksi iuran dengan mempertimbangkan pandemik COVID-19.<\/p>\n

“Komisi IX DPR RI mendesak DJSN , Direksi BPJS Kesehatan, dan Dewan Pengawas BPJS Kesehatan untuk mendorong percepatan perubahan Perpres 75\/2019 agar putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 7P\/HUM\/2020 tanggal 27 Februari 2020 dapat segera diimplementasikan,” seperti dikutip dari hasil RDP.<\/p>\n

3. DPR minta BPJS aktif berkoordinasi dengan Kemenkeu<\/h2>\n
\n

Selain itu, Komisi DPR juga meminta BPJS agar aktif berkoordinasi terkait proyeksi keuangan bersama Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) untuk melakukan revisi PMK Nomor 223\/PMK.02\/2019 tentang Dana Operasional BPJS Kesehatan Tahun 2020.<\/p>\n

“Sehingga, ada fleksibilitas penggunaan dana operasional BPJS Kesehatan melalui mekanisme refocusing dan realokasi anggaran yang dapat digunakan bagi peserta JKN yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19,” ujar Ninik.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

4. DPR mendesak BPJS untuk menjamin peserta terkena PHK mendapat jaminan kesehatan<\/h2>\n

DPR juga meminta BPJS agar mampu memastikan peserta kategori Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU) yang mengalami PHK tetap memperoleh hak manfaat jaminan kesehatan. Lalu, mengusulkan terbitnya regulasi tentang relaksasi bagi Badan Usaha dan proyeksi keuangan terkait pembayaran iuran PPU BU karena dampak pandemi COVID-19.<\/p>\n

“Dan mengusulkan terbitnya regulasi terkait mekanisme relaksasi bagi peserta Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) kelas III yang terlambat membayar iuran agar tetap memperoleh hak manfaat jaminan kesehatan di masa pandemi COVID-19; serta optimalisasi\u00a0<\/em>aplikasi mobile JKN untuk konsultasi FKTP,\u00a0screening\u00a0<\/em>katastropik dan COVID-19.\u201d<\/p>\n
