Salah satunya adalah rutin mengonsumsi\u00a0buah dan sayur\u00a0yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh (imun tubuh).<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1513928737841-0\" class=\"ads detail_text\" data-google-query-id=\"CPPeqIWC8egCFZGCcAodvfAFAA\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/12890435\/desktop_leisure_detail_text_0__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8220;Setidaknya masyarakat wajib mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur yang mengandung vitamin C dan E. Kan WHO juga sudah menganjurkan agar kita mengkonsumsi sayuran sebanyak 150 gram dan buah 250 gram per hari,&#8221; kata ahli gizi masyarakat dari Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB), Ali Khomsan beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Ali, vitamin C bisa didapatkan dari buah pepaya, jeruk, dan jambu biji. Sementara untuk sumber vitamin E bisa didapatkan dari produk sayuran tauge seperti wortel, bayam, lobak hijau dan brokoli.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Agar tubuh kita mampu menangkal penyerbu-penyerbu asing (virus, kuman, dan bakteri), maka limfosit (sel darah putih) harus tersedia dalam jumlah yang cukup. Mengonsumsi vitamin C dosis tinggi dapat meningkatkan produksi limfosit. Vitamin C bekerja seperti antibiotika di dalam tubuh untuk menghancurkan virus penyebab penyakit,&#8221; kata Ali.<\/p>\n<p>Ali mengatakan, vitamin C juga mampu meningkatkan kadar glutation di dalam tubuh yang bekerja setiap hari. Glutation adalah antioksidan pada tubuh yang dapat menjaga sistem kekebalan tubuh. Konsumsi vitamin C 500 mg sehari dapat meningkatkan kadar glutation tubuh sampai 50 persen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Masalahnya konsumsi harian penduduk Indonesia per hari rata-rata hanya sekitar 100 gram. Ini menjadi tanggung jawab kita betapa pentingnya produk pertanian bagi imun tubuh,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Terkait dengan Covid-19, menurut Ali, Vitamin C punya kemampuan untuk memperbaiki sistem kerja paru-paru. Mereka yang rajin mengonsumsi vitamin C berpeluang ada di level bugar dan segar, serta terhindar dari derita bronchitis kronis. Apalagi, virus Covid 19 cendrung menyerang saluran napas dan paru-paru.<\/p>\n<p>Meski demikian, Ali menekankan perlunya edukasi konsumsi dengan pola gizi seimbang, dimana di dalamnya juga menekankan hidup sehat adalah hidup yang tidak melupakan konsumsi buah dan sayuran. &#8220;Setiap keluarga hendaknya menyediakan buah setiap hari sebagai bagian dari\u00a0<em>snack<\/em>, dengan keuntungan Indonesia yang beriklim tropis dan dapat menghasilkan beragam buah maka hendaknya masyarakat bisa memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang melimpah ini untuk mengembangkan pola konsumsi buah dan sayur yang baik untuk kesehatan,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Berkaitan dengan hal ini, Kementerian Pertanian terus melakukan konsolidasi penguatan produksi kebun dan buah. Konsolidasi dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri serta mendorong terbentuknya satu kawasan satu varietas, baik di lahan terbuka maupun pekarangan rumah tangga secara berkelompok.<\/p>\n<p>Di samping itu, Kementan juga mendorong kebun sayur dan buah yang ada agar dilakukan registrasi dan sertifikasi kebun untuk menjamin produksi yang berkualitas.
