{"id":8599,"date":"2017-08-09T16:03:50","date_gmt":"2017-08-09T09:03:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=8599"},"modified":"2017-08-09T16:03:50","modified_gmt":"2017-08-09T09:03:50","slug":"perhutani-raih-laba-kuartal-ii-setalah-mengalami-rugi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2017\/08\/09\/perhutani-raih-laba-kuartal-ii-setalah-mengalami-rugi\/","title":{"rendered":"Perhutani Raih Laba Kuartal II Setalah Mengalami Rugi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/\"><strong>Nawacita<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; Perum Perhutani menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang positif hingga kuartal II tahun 2017 dengan mencatat laba sebesar Rp 316,23 miliar pada kuartal II tahun 2017 tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Pada periode yang sama pada tahun sebelumnya merugi sebesar Rp 383,89 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Keberhasilan tersebut merupakan bagian dari rangkaian upaya transformasi bisnis yang dilakukan dan penurunan biaya pokok penjualan, serta biaya usaha.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Utama Perum Perhutani, Denaldy M Mauna menetapkan lima tahapan transformasi, yaitu Situation Analysis, Management Change, Emergency Actions, Business Restructuring, serta terus mendorong tercapainya kondisi normal menuju pertumbuhan yang fokus pada aspek keuangan, operasi, organisasi, dan SDM.<\/p>\n<p>Tujuannya adalah pembenahan komprehensif guna menghindari merosotnya kinerja perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, manajemen harus menyelamatkan arus kas perusahaan, mendorong peningkatan penjualan produk terutama menghabiskan persediaan yang tertumpuk tiga kali dari normalnya, efisiensi biaya melalui program CRP, dan efektif aktivitas melalui tools seperti PICA dan PDCA, serta sinergi anak usaha.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini, Perhutani memasuki tahap restrukturisasi bisnis.
