Berperilaku Baik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konflik bisa terjadi karena perilaku negatif dari seseorang. Karenanya perilaku yang baik bisa meminimalisir terjadinya konflik.Selalu taat aturan serta menjalankan prosedur yang telah disepakati bisa menjadi salah satu contoh perilaku baik dalam lingkungan kerja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
