Selain dipakai untuk keperluan sendiri, juga banyak yang dipakai untuk investasi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">\n<p>Menurut Direktur Marketing PT Tanrise Property Joseph Lukito, pasar properti termasuk di Surabaya mengalami penurunan tahun ini. Hal ini karena sekarang yang banyak bermain dari kalangan end user, termasuk milenial dan pengusaha muda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSekarang pasar lagi turun karena banyak investor yang belum main. Mereka biasanya mengejar capital gain. Lima tahun lalu masih 50 persen, sekarang tinggal 15 pesen saja investor yang main,\u201d kata Joseph di Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebab itu, saat ini yang banyak bermain properti di Surabaya dari kalangan end user. Itupun sekitar 50 persennya merupakan pembeli dari kalangan milenial, profesional dan pengusaha muda. Selain dipakai sendiri juga banyak yang dipakai investasi.<\/p>\n<p>Apalagi, sekarang tren gaya hidup anak muda yang tinggal di apartemen semakin besar di Surabaya, sehingga pasar apartemen terutama yang tipe studio dan satu bedroom, umumnya dihuni kalangan milenial atau anak-anak muda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBanyak pengusaha konvensional yang membeli apartemen sengaja untuk disewakan atau dibuat kos-kosan. Namun sekarang banyak juga anak-anak muda yang juga mulai investasi di apartremen,\u201d tambahhnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dia mengaku, apartemen akan menjadi tren di Surabaya ke depan. Terlebih yang dekat dengan kampus dan kawasan komersial, apartemen menjadi pilihan menarik. Sebab, selain fasilitas lebih lengkap dengan keamanan 24 jam, juga lingkungannya mendukug dengan gaya hidup anak muda.<\/p>\n<p>Terkait apartemen Kyo Society, dia mengaku, pada tahap pertama penjualan mencapai 80 persen atau sekitar 200 unit dengan harga Rp 400 juta. Sekarang dipasarkan tahap dua sebanyak 400-an unit dengan harga mulai Rp 500-an juta.<\/p>\n<p>Dia yakin dengan konsep yang ditawarkan dengan style anak-anak muda, tahun ini minimal tahap dua akan terserap sekitar 50 persen.
