Duduk berjam-jam di depan TV atau maraton menonton film mampu meningkatkan risiko serangan jantung dan stroke. Kebiasaan ini dikarenakan kurangnya gerak dan berdampak negatif pada kadar lemak dan gula pada tubuh seseorang.Menonton TV atau terpaku di depan layar sebetulnya bukan hal yang sepenuhnya buruk. Namun, tentu jika dilakukan secara bijak.
