Pakai aplikasi siklus tidur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coba untuk gunakan aplikasi siklus tidur. Hal ini bisa membantumu untuk melihat apakah siklus tidurmu benar-benar kurang, atau malah berlebihan. Maka dari itu, nantinya kamu akan mulai menyadari apakah selama ini kamu tidur karena kelelahan, atau karena gejala dysania.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Tidur jauh lebih awal dari biasanya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ketika kamu terbiasa tidur tengah malam, coba untuk majukan waktu tidurmu satu jam lebih awal. Hal ini dapat menghindari gejala dysania berlangsung secara berkepanjangan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Gunakan alarm yang berbeda<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Jika kedua hal tadi benar-benar tidak bisa membuatmu terbangun dari tempat tidur. Coba untuk pasang\u00a0alarm\u00a0yang berbeda.
