Sebenarnya apa faktor dan daya tarik yang membuat para pengembang mau berbisnis properti di Batam?<\/p>\n<p>Manager Research &amp; Consultancy Coldwell Banker Commercial Angra Angreni mengatakan bahwa ada banyak faktor yang membuat bisnis properti di Batam makin berkembang dan menjadi salah satu daerah yang cukup diminati para pengembang properti.<\/p>\n<p>Angra mengungkapkan sebelumnya Batam hanya dikenal sebagai kota industri, tetapi saat ini kota terbesar di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau itu telah berkembang menjadi kota wisata. Keduanya, tentu akan mendorong perkembangan properti di Batam,\u201d ujarnya kepada wartawan, Jumat (13\/12\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Angra mengungkapkan bahwa properti di Batam juga lebih banyak dilirik investor asing ketimbang lokal karena lokasinya yang berdekatan dengan Singapura. \u201cProfil permintaan properti di Batam sebagian besar berasal dari luar yaitu sekitar 50 persen dari Singapura. Para pengembang juga mulai agresif untuk menambah portofolio proyek-proyek properti mereka seperti membangun kawasan industri baru, apartemen, hotel, dan mal.<\/p>\n<p>Meski makin banyak pengembang yang memiliki proyek di Batam, Angra menyatakan bahwa sejauh ini persaingan di antara para pelaku bisnis itu masih terbilang sehat. Pasalnya, para pengembang biasanya memiliki segmentasi pasar yang berbeda-beda.<\/p>\n<p>Terkait dengan pergerakan harga properti, menurut Angra, sejauh ini belum ada kenaikan harga yang signifikan.
