Di antara kewajiban tersebut, Salat Subuh yang paling berat. Bagaimana tidak, Salat Subuh mesti digelar pagi buta saat muslim sedang tertidur lelap, pada waktu suhu bumi sedang dingin-dinginnya. Hal ini kerap membuat umat Islam lalai, menarik selimut sehingga shalatnya kesiangan.<\/p>\n<p>Meski begitu, ulama kharismatik almarhum KH Maimun Zubair (Mbah Moen) pernah berpesan bahwa Salat Subuh kesiangan lebih baik dibanding Salat Subuh tepat waktu, tetapi habis itu tidur kembali.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOno ulama&#8217; sing dawuh, Sholat subuh kawanen iku luwih apik ketimbang sholat subuh ora kawanen nanging bar subuh mapan turu. (Ada sebagian ulama berkata, Salat Subuh kesiangan atau Salat Subuh di akhir waktu itu lebih baik daripada Salat Subuh tepat waktu tapi setelah Subuh tidur,\u201d ujarnya seperti dilansir dari laman Muslim moderat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2019\/05\/17\/tips-agar-khusyuk-dalam-salat\/\">Tips Agar Khusyuk dalam Salat<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meski begitu bukan berarti Mbah Moen membenarkan Salat Subuh kesiangan, akan tetapi yang perlu digaris bawahi adalah bahwa betapa jeleknya tidur setelah Subuhan. Tidur setelah Salat Subuh tidak baik karena bisa merusak kesehatan, menimbulkan efek negatif yang bagi jasmani, rohani, maupun psikis. Dalam kitab Tadzkirah karya Imam Jalaluddin As Suyuthi dijelaskan bahwa;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2019\/07\/01\/terbukti-bermanfaat-9-kebiasaan-nabi-muhammad-saw\/\">Terbukti Bermanfaat, 9 Kebiasaan Nabi Muhammad SAW<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tidur di permulaan siang (pagi hari) disebut \ufecb\ufef4\ufee0\ufeee\ufedf\ufe94 yaitu (menyebabkan) kefakiran. Tidur di waktu dhuha disebut \ufed3\ufef4\ufee0\ufeee\ufedf\ufe94, (menyebabkan) kelemahan\/lesu pada badan. Tidur ketika tergelincir matahari (zawal) disebut \ufed7\ufef4\ufee0\ufeee\ufedf\ufe94, dapat menambah (kecerdasan) akal.<\/p>\n<p>Lalu tidur setelah zawal disebut \ufea7\ufef4\ufee0\ufeee\ufedf\ufe94 ,dapat menghalangi antara orang itu dan salat.
