{"id":6839,"date":"2017-06-16T14:23:31","date_gmt":"2017-06-16T07:23:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=6839"},"modified":"2017-06-16T14:23:31","modified_gmt":"2017-06-16T07:23:31","slug":"thr-untuk-pns-harus-cair-100-sebelum-lebaran-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2017\/06\/16\/thr-untuk-pns-harus-cair-100-sebelum-lebaran-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"THR untuk PNS Harus Cair 100% Sebelum Lebaran 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Jakarta, <a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/\">Nawacita<\/a><\/b> &#8211; Kementerian Keuangan melalui Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan memastikan, pencairan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) bagi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) harus sudah 100% sebelum Lebaran tahun 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Dirjen Perbendaharaan Marwanto Harjowiryono kepada detikFinance, Jakarta, Jumat (16\/6\/2017).<\/p>\n<p>Dia menyebutkan, pencairan THR sudah bisa dilakukan sejak 15 Juni 2017 yang mana satuan kerja (satker) sudah bisa mengajukan surat permintaan membayar (SPM) kepada seluruh Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;THR diharapkan beberapa hari sebelum Lebaran sudah tersalur semua,&#8221; kata Marwanto.<\/p>\n<p>Kecepatan pencairan juga tergantung dari kesigapan satker dalam menyerahkan data-data PNS ke KPPN. Seperti nama, nomor akun, nomor NPWP dan sebagainya. Sebab, bila data tidak sesuai, maka sistem akan menolak permintaan pembayaraan secara otomatis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dengan demikian, peran satker dalam proses pembayaran THR ini menjadi sangat penting terutama terkait dengan kecepatan dan ketepatan pengajuan,&#8221; tutupnya.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk menjamin kelancaran pelaksanaan pembayaran THR, Pensiun ke-13 dan Gaji ke-13 tersebut, Menteri Keuangan telah menerbitkan empat Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK). Pertama, PMK Nomor 74\/PMK.05\/2017 tentang Perubahan Atas PMK Nomor 96\/PMK.05\/2016 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaan Pemberian Gaji, Pensiun, Atau Tunjangan Ketiga Belas Kepada PNS, Prajurit TNI, Anggota Polri, Pejabat Negara, dan Penerima Pensiun Atau Tunjangan. Kedua, PMK Nomor 75\/PMK.05\/2017 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaan Pemberian Penghasilan Ketiga Belas Kepada Pimpinan dan Pegawai Non-PNS Pada Lembaga Nonstruktural.<\/p>\n<p>Ketiga, PMK Nomor 76\/PMK.05\/2017 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaan Pemberian Tunjangan Hari Raya dalam Tahun Anggaran 2017 Kepada PNS, Prajurit TNI, Anggota Polri, dan Pejabat Negara.
