Sehingga muaranya adalah mendorong percepatan pengembangan kendaraan bermotor listrik.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi, membangun sebuah industri seperti ini tidak mungkin memakan waktu satu, dua, atau tiga tahun. Pasti akan melihat pasar. Membuatnya bisa, yang beli ada? Karena mobil listrik sekarang hampir 40 persen harganya lebih mahal dari mobil biasa,&#8221; ujar Presiden Joko Widodo usai meresmikan gedung baru Sekretariat ASEAN, di Jakarta, Kamis (8\/8\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Dan dalam kesempatan ini media sekaligus menanyakan apakah Perpres telah ditandatangani serta mendapatkan jawaban bahwa peraturan presiden tentang mobil listrik itu telah diteken oleh Presiden NKRI Joko Widodo pada Senin (5\/8\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Jokowi berharap, dengan ditemukannya bahan baterai yang ada di Indonesia kemungkinan harga mobil listrik bisa ditekan lebih murah atau mungkin bisa sama dengan produk-produk konvensional.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nah itu baru, kita akan melihat mobil listrik berseliweran di seluruh kota di Indonesia,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam\u00a0Perpres mobil listrik, pemerintah akan memberi insentif dari PPnBM untuk kendaraan bertenaga listrik berdasarkan tingkat kadar emisi. Nilai insentifnya, apabila full electric atau fuel cell yang emisinya 0, (maka) PPnBm-nya 0.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara soal TKDN atau Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri, aturan mewajibkan produsen mobil listrik menggunakan minimal 35 persen komponen yang diproduksi di dalam negeri.<\/p>\n<p>Akan tetapi, pabrikan akan diberikan kesempatan untuk mengimpor kendaraan berbasis listrik dalam bentuk Completely Build Up (CBU) pada tahap awal.
