Moelyono Soesilo, Ketua Departemen Specialty &amp; Industri BPP Asosiasi Eksportir dan Industri Kopi Indonesia (AEKI), mengatakan konsumsi olahan kopi di pasar domestik mulai berkurang sejak tahun lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, permintaan tinggi seiring dengan pertumbuhan kafe, kedai kopi, dan restoran. \u201cPasar sudah agak jenuh, tahun kemarin hanya tumbuh 2%. Tahun ini diperkirakan konsumsi dalam negeri sekitar 3%,\u201d ujarnya, Minggu (21\/7\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Walaupun serapan dalam negeri melambat, industri pengolahan kopi masih bisa mengekspor produknya ke pasar global karena permintaan tetap baik. Moelyono memperkirakan total ekspor produk olahan kopi pada tahun ini bisa naik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2019\/05\/10\/kopi-dapat-menyembuhkan-sakit-kepala-benarkah\/\">Kopi Dapat Menyembuhkan Sakit Kepala, Benarkah?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kebijakan Pemerintah Filipina yang menerapkan\u00a0<i>safeguard<\/i>\u00a0terhadap produk kopi\u00a0<i>sachet<\/i>\u00a0Indonesia juga dinilai tidak terlalu mempengaruhi ekspor karena negara-negara Timur Tengah dan Eropa menyerap produk olahan kopi dalam negeri.<\/p>\n<p>Di pasar Filipina, produk kopi\u00a0<i>sachet<\/i>\u00a0asal Indonesia mendominasi 60% pasar.
