Peristiwa itu terjadi lantaran sang profesor menolak ditilang setelah merasa tidak melanggar aturan lalin.<\/p>\n<p>Mengutip percakapan dalam video yang dibagikan akun Facebook Anjar Ramdhani di Grup Informasi Terkini, Rabu (17\/7\/2019), profesor berambut putih tersebut mengatakan tidak melanggar aturan usai mobilnya berputar di sebuah persimpangan lampu lalu lintas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2019\/07\/08\/viral-gadis-super-pintar-asal-surabaya-audrey-yu-yang-bekerja-di-nasa\/\">Viral, Gadis Super Pintar Asal Surabaya Audrey Yu yang Bekerja di NASA<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sambil menunjuk rambu lokasi putaran berwarna biru, dia menegaskan bahwa hanya kendaraan roda dua yang dilarang berputar di sana. Sedangkan kendaraan roda empat dan semacamnya tidak disebutkan dilarang memutar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Roda dua putar kembali ikuti isyarat lampu (sambil membacakan yang ada di papan rambu lalin). Yang mana yang tidak boleh roda empat putar? Apa dasar hukumnya?
