Sementara orang dewasa bisa menyadari risiko kesehatan junk food, anak-anak terpukau oleh rasanya. Selain penurunan kesehatan otak, junk food juga bisa menyebabkan obesitas pada anak. Lantas apa yang harus dilakukan orang tua untuk mengurangi kebiasaan konsumsi junk food pada anak? Dikutip dari Times Now News, berikut ulasannya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Beri contoh<\/strong><br \/>\nPada hampir semuanya, memberikan contoh pada anak adalah fakta yang nyata. Kebiasaan makan adalah salah satunya\u2014itu yang membangun tone bagaimana anak Anda bersikap, pola makan, pola tidur dan lain-lain. Anak-anak belajar dari apa yang mereka lihat Anda lakukan. Kalau Anda bisa menahan diri dari makan junk food dan makan makanan sehat, alami, makanan yang dimasak di rumah, anak Anda pun akan mengikutinya. Anda juga bisa menyajikan makanan dengan cara yang menarik, seperti membuat wajah dan membuatnya lucu sehingga anak-anak akan tertarik menyantapnya.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Samarkan makanan yang tidak disukai<\/strong><br \/>\nBagi sayur dan buah yang tidak disukai anak dan Anda tetap ingin memasukkannya ke makanan mereka, samarkan makanan itu ke makanan lain.
