Biasanya, selalu disajikan berbagai makanan disetiap rumah yang dikunjungi. Banyaknya pilihan makanan, tentu membuat kalap untuk melahapnya. Sebagai konsekuensinya, lonjakan berat badan akan terjadi usai lebaran.<\/p>\n<p>Trycha Ayu Indriani Campus Ambassador (CA) 2019 membagikan tips untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan berat badan yang biasa terjadi usai lebaran. Menurutnya, selalu menjaga pola hidup sehat saat maupun usai lebaran harus dilakukan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLebaran kan banyak\u00a0tuh\u00a0makanan berlemak apalagi cemilan manis, boleh saja dimakan namun tidak berlebihan,\u201d ujar mahasiswa Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan (FPK) angkatan 2017 tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, lanjutnya, saat akan berkunjung harus diperhatikan waktu kunjungan dengan waktu makan. Sarapan harus dihindari apabila akan melakukan kunjungan pada pagi hari, umumnya pemilik rumah akan memberikan makanan berat untuk tamu.<\/p>\n<p>Makanan yang terhidang diatas meja biasanya berlemak. Untuk menyiasati hal tersebut, jelasnya, dapat dipilih makanan dalam porsi yang kecil. Selanjutnya, buah dan sayur sangat direkomendasikan sebagai makanan penutup.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMakanan yang kita makan usai lebaran harus tetap 4 sehat 5 sempurna, selain menjaga berat badan juga agar kita tetap sehat. Jadi jangan sampai usai lebaran malah jatuh sakit,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain makanan berat, terangnya, terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi cemilan manis khas lebaran juga salah satu yang menyebabkan lonjakan berat badan. Hal ini dikarenakan cemilan-cemilan tersebut dibuat dengan bahan yang mengandung cukup banyak lemak seperti mentega, telur, susu, dan gula.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak hanya mengontrol nafsu makan, ia juga mengatakan bahwa menjaga keseimbangan tubuh dengan tetap beraktivitas dan berolahraga juga dapat mencegah lonjakan berat badan.<\/p>\n<p>Sebisa mungkin meluangkan beberapa jam untuk olahraga ringan dirumah. Minuman yang mengandung terlalu banyak gula juga sebaiknya dihindari. Lebih baik jatuhkan pilihan pada air putih usai memakan makanan berat maupun cemilan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJangan pernah lupa untuk berolahraga, cukup beberapa jam setiap hari.
