Banyak minum, paling tidak lebih dari 2 liter per harinya.<\/p>\n<p>2. Perhatikan kualitas makanan dan minuman yang kita konsumsi.<\/p>\n<p>3. Usahakan hanya mengkonsumsi 1 macam lauk saja, jika merasa camilan (kue lebaran) dikonsumsi lebih banyak kurangi nasi saat makan besar.<\/p>\n<p>6. Perhatikan jumlah kalori dari makanan atau minum tersebut, camilan sekecil apapun kalau manis pasti mengandung kalori.<\/p>\n<p>7. Banyak mengonsumsi buah dan sayur-sayuran diusahakan 5 servings saat makan pagi,siang dan malam dan di sela-sela makan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>8. Usahakan tidur minimal 6 jam, sehingga tubuh dan pikiran dapat kembali segar.
