{"id":62050,"date":"2019-05-26T12:35:17","date_gmt":"2019-05-26T05:35:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=62050"},"modified":"2019-05-26T12:35:17","modified_gmt":"2019-05-26T05:35:17","slug":"kpk-peringatkan-mantan-dirut-pln-sofyan-basyir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2019\/05\/26\/kpk-peringatkan-mantan-dirut-pln-sofyan-basyir\/","title":{"rendered":"KPK Peringatkan Mantan Dirut PLN Sofyan Basyir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JAKARTA, Nawacita \u2014 Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengultimatum tersangka kasus dugaan suap\u00a0proyek pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Mulut Tambang Riau-1, Sofyan Basir.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimatum tersebut berkaitan dengan pemanggilan Sofyan untuk diperiksa sebagai tersangka.\u00a0Direktur Utama nonaktif PT PLN itu sebelumnya urung hadir pada Jumat (24\/5\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Dia\u00a0lebih memilih panggilan Kejaksaan Agung untuk diperiksa sebagai saksi terkait dugaan korupsi\u00a0Marine Vessel Power Plant (MVPP) atau tongkang pembangkit listrik terapung PT PLN.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami ingatkan agar yang bersangkutan memenuhi panggilan ini sebagai sebuah kewajiban hukum,&#8221; kata Juru Bicara KPK\u00a0Febri Diansyah dikonfirmasi, Minggu (26\/5\/2019).<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Lembaga antirasuah telah bergerak cepat\u00a0mengirimkan surat pemanggilan ulang kepada pihak Sofyan Basir menyusul permintaan penjadwalan ulang dari pihak Sofyan Basir, pada Jumat (24\/5\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penjadwalan ulang dilakukan minggu depan,&#8221; kata Febri tanpa merinci hari pemanggilan tersebut.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Dalam perkara PLTU Riau-1, KPK sudah menetapkan Sofyan Basir sebagai tersangka keempat menyusul pengusaha Johannes B. Kotjo, mantan wakil Ketua Komisi VII DPR Eni Maulani Saragih dan eks Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Golkar Idrus Marham.<\/p>\n<p>Sofyan diduga menerima janji fee proyek dengan nilai yang sama dengan Eni M. Saragih dan Idrus Marham dari salah satu pemegang saham Blackgold Natural Resources Ltd Johannes B. Kotjo.<\/p>\n<p>KPK menduga Sofyan Basir berperan aktif memerintahkan salah satu direktur di PLN untuk segera merealisasikan power purchase agreement (PPA) antara PT PLN, Blackgold Natural Resources Ltd. dan investor China Huadian Engineering Co. Ltd. (CHEC).<\/p>\n<p>Tak hanya itu, Sofyan juga diduga meminta salah satu direkturnya untuk berhubungan langsung dengan Eni Saragih dan Johannes B.
