Namun demikian Senior Vice President Hukum PLN\u00a0Dedeng Hidayat mengatakan pihaknya tetap menghormati proses hukum yang berjalan di KPK.<\/p>\n<p>Bukan hanya itu saja kata Deden, PLN\u00a0juga siap bekerja sama dengan KPK\u00a0untuk mengungkap kasus hukum yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan PLTU\u00a0Riau-1.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami menyerahkan seluruh proses hukum kepada KPK yang akan bertindak secara profesional dan proporsional,&#8221; katanya dalam pernyataan yang dikeluarkan di Jakarta, Selasa (23\/4).<\/p>\n<p>KPK\u00a0menetapkan Sofyan\u00a0Basir\u00a0menjadi tersangka dalam kasus suap pembangunan PLTU\u00a0Riau-1. Wakil Ketua KPK\u00a0Saut Situmorang\u00a0mengatakan penetapan tersangka dilakukan karena pihaknya menduga Sofyan\u00a0telah menerima uang suap dari\u00a0Johanes Budisutrisno Kotjo selaku pemegang saham Blackgold Natural Resources Ltd untuk mendapatkan proyek tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Sofyan dituding berperan dalam membantu Blackgold melalui anak usahanya PT Samantaka Batu bara untuk mendapatkan proyek PLTU Riau-I.
