{"id":57265,"date":"2019-03-21T14:07:22","date_gmt":"2019-03-21T07:07:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=57265"},"modified":"2019-03-21T14:07:22","modified_gmt":"2019-03-21T07:07:22","slug":"romi-diperiksa-kpk-sebagai-tersangka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2019\/03\/21\/romi-diperiksa-kpk-sebagai-tersangka\/","title":{"rendered":"Romi Diperiksa KPK Sebagai Tersangka"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>JAKARTA, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/\"><strong>Nawacita<\/strong><\/a> &#8212; Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menjadwalkan pemeriksaan terhadap Mantan Ketua Umum Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP), Romahurmuziy (Romi) terkait kasus dugaan suap jual beli jabatan di lingkungan Kementerian Agama (Kemenag).<\/p>\n<div id=\"AdAsia\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"picked-article\">\n<p>Ini adalah kali pertama Romi diperiksa dalam kapasitasnya sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan suap yang juga menjerat dua pejabat Kemenag, Gresik dan Jawa Timur itu.\u00a0 &#8220;RMY (Romahurmuziy) diperiksa sebagai tersangka,&#8221; kata Kabiro Humas KPK, Febri Diasnyah dalam pesan singkatnya, Kamis (21\/3).<\/p>\n<p>Selain Romi, KPK juga menjadwalkan pemeriksaan terhadap dua tersangka lainnya. Mereka yakni, Kepala Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Gresik Muhammad Muafaq Wirahadi dan Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kemenag Jawa Timur Haris Hasanuddin. &#8220;Mereka juga diperiksa sebagai tersangka,&#8221; jelas Febri.<\/p>\n<p>KPK telah menetapkan tiga tersangka pada kasus ini, yaitu diduga sebagai penerima yaitu anggota DPR periode 2014-2019 M Romahurmuziy. Sedangkan diduga sebagai pemberi, yaitu Kepala Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Gresik Muhammad Muafaq Wirahadi dan Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kemenag Provinsi Jawa Timur Haris Hasanuddin.<\/p>\n<p>Muhammad Muafaq Wirahadi dan Haris Hasanuddin diduga telah menyuap Romi untuk mengurus proses lolos seleksi jabatan di Kemenag. Diketahui, Muhammad Muafaq mendaftar untuk posisi Kepala Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Gresik. Sedangkan Haris, mendaftar sebagai Kakanwil Kemenag Provinsi Jatim.<\/p>\n<p>Atas perbuatannya, dua tersangka pemberi suap disangka melanggar Pasal 5 ayat 1 huruf a atau Pasal 5 ayat 1 huruf b atau Pasal 13 UU Pemberantasan Tipikor juncto Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke 1 juncto Pasal 64 ayat 1 KUHP.
