Posisi Tidur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jika Anda mengalami sakit pada saat terbangun di pagi hari maka pada saat tidur ada yang salah pada posisi tidur Anda. Cobalah untuk memperhatikan posisi tidur Anda sebelum terlelap supaya pada saat bangun di pagi hari tidak merasakan sakit ataupun nyeri punggung..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Bantal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bantal yang terlalu tinggi tidak baik untuk tidur Anda karena dapat membuat leher Anda sakit pada saat terbangun di pagi hari. Alih-alih segar pada saat Anda terbangun malah membuat Anda tidak nyaman dalam beraktivitas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Tempatkan bantal di bawah lutut<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coba letakkan bantal di bawah lutut Anda. Berikan batasan pada bantal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Memberikan batasan dengan bantal pada posisi tidur akan membuat Anda terasa nyaman dikarenakan tubuh tidak akan bebas bergerak pada saat tertidur dan mengurangi resiko nyeri pada saat Anda terbangun di pagi hari.
