Video itu berisikan ceramah tentang istilah kafir yang baru-baru ini menjadi perdebatan di masyarakat akibat keputusan PBNU yang melarang penyebutan kafir bagi seseorang non muslim.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam ceramahnya di video berdurasi satu menit itu, UAS mempertanyakan larangan menyebut dengan istilah kafir. Padahal saat itu UAS hanya menjelaskan pertanyaan seorang jamaah mengenai hukum ceramah dengan mengutip ayat-ayat kafir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Gimana ceramah enggak boleh menyebut kata kafir,&#8221; ujar Ustadz Somad di dalam penggalan video tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, saat dikonfirmasi, Ustadz Somad mengklarifikasi videonya tersebut. UAS mengatakan, video itu adalah video lama yang diunggah kembali oleh pihak yang tak bertanggung jawab.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga saat ini, Ustadz Somad belum pernah berkomentar mengenai hasil dari Bahtsul Masail NU tentang kafir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ini ceramah sekitar 2 tahun lalu. Ana belum komen tentang hasil bahtsul masail NU tentang kafir,&#8221; bebernya dalam pesan singkat kepada sahabatnya yang juga penulis novel Haji Backpacker, Aguk Irawan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ana selalu dibenturkan dengan NU.
