Namun, sebuah penelitian terbaru telah menemukan hubungan antara tidur dan sistem kekebalan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>University of T\u00fcbingen di Jerman menemukan bahwa tidur malam yang baik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas sel-sel kekebalan khusus tertentu yang disebut sel T. Penelitian yang telah diterbitkan dalam Journal of Experimental Medicine ini mencoba menjelaskan apa yang menjadi inti dari hubungan antara tidur dan pertahanan tubuh terhadap\u00a0infeksi.<br \/>\n\u201cSel-sel kekebalan ini mengenali patogen kemudian mengaktifkan integrin yang merupakan jenis protein yang memungkinkan sel T untuk melekat dan mengatasi target mereka.
