Fakta menjelaskan, ada 14 persen risiko kematian dini dari setiap peningkatan 10 persen proporsi makanan ultraproses yang dikonsumsi. Pernyataan ini tertulis dalam sebuah penelitian yang diterbitkan di jurnal Jama Internal Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>Dilansir dari New York Post, Selasa (12\/2\/2019) makanan ultraproses diproses melalui metode industri dan dapat mengandung zat aditif. Penulis studi tersebut, Dr. Laure Schnabel, ahli epidemiologi nutrisi di Paris-Sorbonne University, mengatakan contohnya adalah camilan yang diproduksi dan dikemas secara massal, minuman manis, roti, kembang gula, makanan siap saji, dan daging olahan.<\/p>\n<p>Studi ini meneliti lebih dari 44.000 orang dewasa, mereka berusia 45 tahun atau lebih, yang semuanya memberikan catatan diet 24 jam setiap enam bulan. Peserta juga menyelesaikan kuesioner kesehatan yang memungkinkan peneliti menghitung konsumsi makanan ultraproses setiap orang, lapor CNN.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih dari 600 orang meninggal selama studi 7 tahun. Lebih dari 200 kematian terkait dengan kanker, sementara 34 lainnya meninggal karena penyakit kardiovaskular, menurut The Guardian.
