Mereka juga dapat mendukung kesehatan mata dan menjaga kulit tetap sehat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Orange\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nAntioksidan dalam makanan berwarna orange seperti wortel, jeruk, lemon, ubi, pepaya, labu, dan lainnya dapat membantu mencegah kerusakan radikal bebas pada DNA.
