Terlebih mereka disibukkan dengan jadwal latihan yang padat. Belum lagi bila harus mengikuti pertandingan baik di luar negeri maupun di dalam negeri untuk meraih gelar juara.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami punya jadwal latihan Senin sampai Sabtu, selama satu hari bisa dua kali latihan rata-rata 6 jam. Dengan begitu kami butuh yang namanya konsentrasi dan tetap menjaga kesehatan. Apalagi kalau lagi ada pertandingan, kalau sakit &#8216;kan enggak bisa (bertanding),&#8221; ujar Ginting saat ditemui Okezone dalam sebuah acara, Rabu (30\/1\/2019) di Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk menjaga kesehatan, kedua atlet tunggal putra bulutangkis ini selalu memerhatikan asupan makanannya. Mulai dari kandungan gizi hingga porsi. Terlebih di pelatnas sudah ada dokter gizi yang menentukan jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Asupan gizi itu sangat penting khususnya oleh anak-anak muda yang membutuhkan energi dalam kegiatan apapun, harus diperhatikan gizi dari makanan dan minuman. Terkadang anak muda zaman sekarang penginnya yang praktis dan gampang. Untuk hal ini perlu pilih-pilih yang tepat dalam hal makanan dan asupan gizinya,&#8221; terang Jojo saat ditemui dalam kesempatan yang sama.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, baik Ginting maupun Jojo memiliki tips masing-masing untuk menjaga kesehatan. &#8220;Kalau saya istirahat yang teratur dan makan makanan yang bergizi. Sebab kalau asal kenyang, makan nasi banyak juga bisa, tapi itu enggak boleh. Makan juga harus sesuai jadwal,&#8221; terang Ginting.<\/p>\n<p>Pria berdarah Batak itu juga menuturkan bila biasanya ia menyempatkan waktu untuk tidur siang setelah latihan pagi agar kembali berenergi saat latihan sore. Cara yang hampir mirip juga dilakukan oleh Jojo. Dia mengatakan tidur dan menjaga pola makan adalah hal yang terpenting.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk jaga kesehatan, pertama, harus istirahat teratur. Kedua, pola makan gizi harus benar-benar terjaga, jangan asal makan yang penting kenyang. Jadi harus diperhatiin lagi komposisinya.
