Penguatan dolar AS ini karena poundsterling Inggris memperpanjang kerugiannya terhadap mata uang\u00a0<em>greenback<\/em>, setelah amandemen yang ditunggu-tunggu untuk menunda Brexit ditolak oleh parlemen Inggris pada Selasa (29\/1) malam.<\/p>\n<p>Para investor juga menunggu pidato Ketua Federal Reserve AS Jerome Powell yang dijadwalkan pada Rabu (30\/1) waktu setempat. Komite Pasar Terbuka Federal (FOMC) bank sentral AS memulai pertemuan kebijakan dua hari pada Selasa (29\/1).<\/p>\n<p>Pasar telah bertaruh tentang kemungkinan pelonggaran pengetatan moneter The Fed pada tahun ini, yang biasanya tidak menguntungkan bagi\u00a0<em>greenback<\/em>\u00a0di pasar valuta asing global.<\/p>\n<p>Pada akhir perdagangan New York, euro tidak berubah mendekati 1,1427 dolar AS dari 1,1427 dolar AS pada sesi sebelumnya, dan pound Inggris turun menjadi 1,3100 dolar AS dari 1,3157 dolar AS pada sesi sebelumnya. Dolar Australia turun menjadi 0,7148 dolar AS dari 0,7165 dolar AS.<\/p>\n<p>Dolar AS dibeli 109,27 yen Jepang, lebih rendah dari 109,35 yen Jepang pada sesi sebelumnya.
