Fase konstruksi itu akan dimulai dengan ground breaking pada 19 Desember 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun proyek ini digarap anak usaha PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Pertamina Power Indonesia. \u201cDalam proyek ini PPI bertindak sebagai pemimpin konsorsium yang beranggotakan beberapa perusahaan jepang, di antaranya Marubeni Corporation, Sojitz Corporation, dan perusahaan lainnya, dengan membentuk dua project companies yaitu PT Jawa Satu Power (JSP) dan PT Jawa Satu Regas (JSR),\u201d ujar Direktur Utama PPI Ginanjar dalam keterangan tertulis yang diterima Tempo, Senin, 17 Desember 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, JSP dan JSR akan mengeksekusi proyek ini dengan membangun dan mengelola infrastruktur proyek, masing-masing pembangkit listrik dan FSRU. Listrik yang dihasilkan dari pembangkit listrik akan dijual ke PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) selama 25 tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Proyek IPP Jawa-1 terintegrasi dengan Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) berkapasitas 170.000 meter kubik yang akan dibangun secara serempak dengan pembangkit listrik. Proyek yang disebut-sebut sebagai proyek terintegrasi \u201cLNG-to-Power\u201d pertama di Asia ini telah mendapatkan persetujuan pendanaan dari pemberi pinjaman internasional pada 5 Desember 2018 lalu sehingga dapat segera memulai konstruksi.<\/p>\n<p>Proyek Jawa-1 ini terbagi dalam 3 tahapan penting, antara lain Tahap I, yaitu pra proyek sampai dengan financial close. Kemudian Tahap II, yakni konstruksi, serta Tahap III operasional. Dengan telah tercapainya financial close pada 5 Desember 2018, maka tahap I proyek sudah berhasil diselesaikan.<\/p>\n<p>Tantangan berikutnya, kata Ginanjar, adalah memastikan tahap konstruksi dapat terlaksana agar mencapai target Commercial Operation Date atau COD pada Desember 2021. Oleh karena itu, ia menyebut soliditas dan koordinasi inter konsorsium (JSP-JSR) dan dengan para para pemangku kepentingan lainnya merupakan kunci keberhasilan proyek agar dapat berjalan sesuai target.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami juga harus memastikan aspek quality dan HSSE menjadi komitmen semua pihak terkait,&#8221; ujar Ginanjar.
