Dengan biaya yang cukup, makan sehat dengan kandungan nutrisi lengkap dan seimbang bisa diperoleh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sebetulnya bergantung dari beberapa hal, misal makanan yang dipilih dan lokasi belanja. Dengan belanja dan masak sendiri, kita bisa makan sehat per hari dengan Rp 35 ribu,&#8221; kata Guru Besar Tetap Ilmu Gizi Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) Profesor Hardinsyah, Rabu (21\/11\/2018).<\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix\"><\/div>\n<p>Hardinsyah merincinya menjadi makan pagi, siang, dan malam plus selingan buah. Standar harga beras putih yang digunakan adalah Rp 10 ribu per kilogram. Kebutuhan tiap sekali makan adalah 100 gram nasi, yang diperoleh dari 200 gram beras putih. Dengan perkiraan ini, harga nasi tiap kali makan adalah Rp 2 ribu.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk makan pagi dengan menu nasi goreng telur perkiraan harganya adalah Rp 5-6 ribu. Harga sudah termasuk telur per butir plus aneka bumbu dan minyak goreng Rp 1.500-2.000. Menu ini cukup mengenyangkan, dan memenuhi asupan gizi di pagi hari.<\/p>\n<p>Hardinsyah menggunakan jenis menu yang sama untuk makan siang dan malam. Satu ikat sayur plus bumbu bisa diperoleh dengan harga kurang dari Rp 10 ribu. Untuk lauk, Hardinsyah menyarankan menu ikan misal lele. Harga 1 kilogram lele dengan isi 6 ekor berkisar Rp 22-26 ribu. Satu ekor lele seberat 150 gram mengandung 30 gram protein, yang setara 50 persen kebutuhan per hari. Dengan pilihan menu ini, harga dua kali makan bisa Rp 25 ribu.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk buah, Hardinsyah menyarankan varian lokal yang bergizi lengkap dengan harga lebih murah. Satu buah pepaya seberat 1,25 kilogram bisa diperoleh dengan harga Rp 10 ribu.
