Di buka pada zona hijau yakni pada level Rp970, pada pukul 10:58 WIB saham SURE semakin menanjak ke posisi Rp1.195 atau naik sebesar 23,2%.<\/p>\n<p>Saham SURE dicatatkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 5 Oktober lalu. IPO perseroan mengalami kelebihan permintaan 4 kali dari seluruh saham yang ditawarkan. Perusahaan melepas 240 juta saham baru atau 20% dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh.<\/p>\n<p>Harga saham perdana Rp155, sehingga perseroan meraih Rp37,2 miliar. Seluruh dana digunakan untuk modal kerja.<\/p>\n<p>Bersamaan dengan penawaran umum perdana, perseroan menerbitkan 297,57 juta saham baru dalam rangka Mandatory Convertible Bond (MCB) senilai Rp46,12 miliar. MCB akan diserap oleh Asian Global Energy Pte.
