Putusan kasasi tersebut diputus pada tanggal 16 September 2018 oleh majelis hakim Mohamad Askin, Leopold Hutagalung dan Surya Jaya.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8220;Ya sekarang (diperberat) menjadi 13 tahun,&#8221; kata Juru Bicara MA Suhadi saat dihubungi, Selasa (25\/9).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dalam putusannya, MA menilai bahwa\u00a0 Andi terbukti bersalah dengan melakukan tindak pidana korupsi pada proyek pengadaan KTP-el dan menjatuhkan hukuman 13 tahun penjara ditambah denda Rp1 miliar subsider 6 bulan kurungan. Selain itu, Andi juga diwajibkan membayar\u00a0uang pengganti senilai\u00a0 2,15 juta dolar AS ditambah Rp1,186 miliar subsider 3 tahun kurungan.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Vonis kasasi dari MA ini lebih berat dibanding dengan putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Jakarta pada 28 Maret 2018 yang memvonis Andi selama 11 tahun penjara ditambah denda Rp1 miliar subsider 6 bulan kurungan serta wajib membayar uang pengganti sebesar 2,15 juta dollar AS dan Rp1,186 miliar subsider 3 tahun kurungan.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Sebelumnya, putusan Andi Narogong pada pengadilan tingkat pertama yang diputus pada 21 Desember 2017 adalah 8 tahun penjara ditambah denda Rp 1 miliar subsider 6 bulan kurungan ditambah kewajiban membayar uang pengganti sebesar 2,15 juta dollar AS dan Rp 1,186 miliar. Namun, Pengadilan Tinggi DKI Jakarta memperberat hukuman terhadap Andi Narogong karena hakim tinggi mempersoalkan status\u00a0<em>justice collaborato<\/em>r\u00a0yang disematkan kepada Andi.
