Ibu hamil bakal diserang oleh &#8216;<em>morning sickness<\/em>&#8216; alias mual dan muntah yang sangat mengganggu pada awal-awal kehamilannya.<\/p>\n<p>Mengutip\u00a0<em>Huffington Post,\u00a0<\/em>Anar Allidina, ahli diet yang berbasis di New York, Amerika Serikat, menyebut bahwa alpukat merupakan buah yang kaya akan serat, vitamin K, folat, vitamin C, potasium, dan vitamin B6. Sederet kandungan itu membantu ibu hamil melawan &#8216;<em>morning sickness<\/em>&#8216; alias keluhan mual dan muntah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Membantu penyerapan nutrisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aneka nutrisi yang masuk akan berfungsi optimal jika tubuh mampu menyerap dengan baik. Seorang ibu hamil perlu mengombinasikan asupannya dengan alpukat demi penyerapan nutrisi.<\/p>\n<p>Mengutip\u00a0<em>Curejoy,\u00a0<\/em>alpukat mengandung karotenoid yang dapat larut pada lemak sehingga mengoptimalkan penyerapan nutrisi.
