Denyut jantung melemah, distribusi oksigen&#8211;yang berfungsi menjaga kelenturan otot&#8211;terganggu. Tak aneh jika seluruh tubuh mendadak pegal-pegal dan kaku.<\/p>\n<p>Tubuh terasa pegal hanya bagian kecil dari sederet dampak yang dihasilkan gara-gara jarang berolahraga. Mengutip berbagai sumber, berikut tanda-tanda yang bisa muncul pada seseorang yang jarang berolahraga.<\/p>\n<p><center><\/center><br \/>\n<strong>1. Susah tidur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sering merasa sulit tidur?
