Lantas, Wakil Ketua DPR itu menggugat PKS ke Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan (PN Jaksel). Pada 14 November 2016, PN Jaksel mengabulkan gugatan Fahri terkait pemecatannya dari PKS.<\/p>\n<p>Selain menyatakan pemecatannya tidak sah, majelis hakim menghukum PKS membayar Rp 30 miliar kepada Fahri.<\/p>\n<p>Gugatan Rp 30 miliar itu dikabulkan karena majelis menganggap apa yang dialami Fahri setelah dipecat sangat berat. Majelis menganggap Fahri mengalami tekanan psikologis akibat pemecatan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Atas putusan PN Jaksel, PKS mengajukan banding. Tapi pada 7 November 2017, Pengadilan Tinggi Jakarta bergeming. PKS lalu mengajukan kasasi.<\/p>\n<p>Perkara itu mengantongi Nomor 1876 K\/PDT\/2018.
