BANDAR LAMPUNG, <\/strong>Nawacita<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Selain Wakil Bupati Lampung Selatan Nanang Hermanto, tim penyidik KPK juga memeriksa Nindi, seorang staf Bagian Protokol Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Lampung Selatan, di Markas Polda Lampung, Senin (30\/7). Nindi diperiksa sebagai saksi terkait kasus proyek infrastruktur yang melibatkan tersangka Bupati Lampung Selatan Zainuddin Hasan.<\/p>\n

Pemeriksaan Nindi berlangsung lima jam sejak pukul 10.00 WIB. Nindi yang tidak mengenakan seragam Pemkab Lampung Selatan, baru keluar dari pemeriksaan KPK sebagai saksi pukul 15.00. Kepada wartawan, ia juga tidak banyak komentar atas pertanyaan sejumlah wartawan.<\/p>\n

Nindi menyatakan, ia datang ke Mapolda Lampung sebagai staf protokoler dari bupati Lampung Selatan. Mengenai penjelasan kepada tim penyidik KPK, ia hanya menyatakan soal surat menyurat proyek yang diagendakan Bupati Lampung Selatan Zainuddin Hasan.<\/p>\n

\u201cIni berkasnya saya pegang,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

Menurutnya, pemeriksaan dari tim penyidik KPK berkaitan dengan dokumen surat menyurat yang berhubungan dengan proyek infrastruktur di Pemkab Lampung Selatan. Ia tidak bisa menjelaskan pertanyaan apa saja yang diajukan tim penyidik kepadanya, karena ia mengaku sudah lupa. \u201cSaya tidak ingat,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Selain Nindi, tim penyidik KPK juga melakukan pemeriksaan kepada pihak lain sebagai saksi di ruang Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Lampung. Pemeriksaan terkait dengan kasus yang menjerat tersangka Zainuddin Hasan selaku bupati Lampung Selatan dan Kepala Dinas PUPR Anjas Asmara.<\/p>\n

Setelah OTT, KPK telah menetapkan empat tersangka dalam kasus fee proyek Infrastruktur di Dinas PUPR Lampung Selatan, Jumat (27\/7). Keempatnya, yakni Bupati Lampung Selatan Zainuddin Hasan, Kepala Dinas PUPR Anjas Asmara, Ketua Fraksi PAN DPRD Lampung Agus Bhakti Nugroho, dan pengusaha dari CV 9 Naga Gerry Ramadhan.<\/p>\n
