Menurut KPU, aturan itu sudah diundangkan dan harus dihormati.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Semua pihak tentu saja harus menghormati peraturan KPU, karena PKPU sudah diundangkan, itu artinya semua pihak dianggap mengakui dan semua pihak diharapkan menghormati,&#8221; kata Komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan, di Kantor KPU, Jl Imam Bonjol, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (19\/7\/2018).<\/p>\n<p>Wahyu mengaku KPU telah mengimbau parpol agar mencalonkan kader terbaiknya. Imbauan itu disebut Wahyu dilakukan sejak jauh-jauh hari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Iya itulah, kita juga sudah jauh-jauh hari kan mengimbau kepada parpol agar mencalonkan kader-kader terbaiknya,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dia juga menyatakan KPU menghormati uji materi terkait PKPU nomor 20 tahun 2018 tentang pencalonan anggota DPR dan DPRD di Mahakamah Agung. Namun menurut Wahyu, selama belum ada putusan MA, maka KPU tetap berpegang pada aturan itu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tentu saja kita juga hormati upaya pengujian, lewat MA, tetapi sepanjang belum ada putusan MA, terkait dengan PKPU 20 tahun 2018 tentang pencalonan anggota DPR dan DPRD. Kami KPU RI beserta jajaranya akan tetap berpegang dan berpedoman kepada PKPU Nomor 20 tahun 2018,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, partai Golkar dan Gerindra telah mengakui mendaftarkan mantan narapidana korupsi sebagai bacaleg untuk Pemilu 2019. Golkar mengakui mendaftarkan dua mantan narapidana korupsi sebagai bakal caleg di Pileg 2019, yaitu TM Nurlif dan Iqbal Wibisono.<\/p>\n<p>TM Nurlif merupakan Ketua DPD I Golkar Aceh, sementara Iqbal Wibisono adalah Ketua Harian DPD I Golkar Jawa Tengah (Jateng). Pendaftaran kedua bacaleg ini diamini Wakil Korbid Pemenangan Pemilu (PP) Sumatera Ahmad Doli Kurnia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Iya, iya (benar),&#8221; kata Doli.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara, Gerindra membenarkan Wakil Ketua DPRD DKI Jakarta M Taufik didaftarkan sebagai caleg di Pemilu 2019 meski berstatus eks narapidana korupsi.
