Total PMN yang diusulkan sebesar Rp 31,6 triliun.<\/p>\n<p>Dari bahan kesimpulan rapat kerja Komisi VI dengan pemerintah semalam yang ditulis Selasa (10\/7\/2018), disebutkan, Komisi VI memahami usulan penyertaan modal negara (PMN) tahun 2019. Kementerian BUMN mengusulkan PMN dengan total Rp 31,6 triliun ke tiga BUMN.<\/p>\n<p>Dari ketiga usulan PMN tersebut, pertama ke PT Hutama Karya (Persero) sebesar Rp 12,5 triliun yang dialokasikan untuk percepatan pembangunan jalan Tol Trans Sumatera. Lalu, PT PLN (Persero) sebesar Rp 15 triliun untuk memperbaiki struktur permodalan dan kapasitas usaha untuk pembangunan infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan.<\/p>\n<p>Terakhir, PT Pengembangan Armada Niaga Nasional (PANN) (Persero) sebesar Rp 4,1 triliun. PMN ini akan digunakan untuk restrukturisasi utang\u00a0<em>subsidiary loan agreement<\/em>\u00a0(SLA), yakni konversi utang pokok SLA menjadi PMN sebesar Rp 2,3 triliun dan penghapusan bunga denda Rp 1,8 triliun.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam rapat itu, Komisi VI juga memahami target setoran dividen ke pemerintah dari laba BUMN di bawah Kementerian BUMN. Target dividen 2018 sebesar Rp 43,64 triliun.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Komisi VI menerima pagu indikatif anggaran Kementerian BUMN 2019 sebesar Rp 222,1 miliar. Lalu, Komisi VI juga menyetujui usulan tambahan anggaran Kementerian BUMN Tahun Anggaran 2019 sebesar Rp 35,2 miliar.
