Mau tak mau begadang rela dilakukan demi nonton bola.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, begadang justru dapat meningkatkan risiko munculnya berbagai penyakit karena tubuh kurang beristirahat. Belum lagi, begadang juga seringkali membuat mata mengantuk saat beraktivitas di siang hari.<\/p>\n<p>Agar tubuh tetap sehat dan bebas dari kantuk, terdapat beberapa tips yang dapat dilakukan saat memilih begadang. Menteri Kesehatan Nila Moeloek menyarankan agar penikmat bola dapat mengatur dan menyiasati waktu tidur di jam lain. Seperti di siang hari atau sebelum menonton bola.<\/p>\n<p>Ia\u00a0menganjurkan kebutuhan tidur minimal enam sampai delapan jam per hari patut jadi perhatian meski malamnya begadang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Emang bola ini luar biasa ya. Tolong diatur. Kalau misalnya ada waktu tidur sebelumnya, ya tidur dulu. Kan tidur harus enam sampai delapan jam,&#8221; kata Nila saat ditemui usai acara halalbihalal Kemenkes di Jakarta, Kamis (21\/6).<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, agar tetap prima walaupun begadang nonton bola, tubuh harus mendapatkan asupan nutrisi yang cukup dan seimbang. Sesuai dengan anjuran Kementerian Kesehatan, asupan gizi seimbang dalam satu porsi makanan terdiri dari sepertiga karbohidrat, sepertiga sayuran dan sepertiganya lagi merupakan gabungan protein dan buah-buahan.<\/p>\n<p>Saat begadang, tak ada salahnya untuk memperbanyak nutrisi mikronutrien dari sayuran dan buah-buahan akar daya tahan tubuh tetap terjaga. Tambahan asupan vitamin dari suplemen juga dapat menjadi pilihan untuk meningkatkan stamina dan daya tahan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Asupan cairan juga mesti diperbanyak saat begadang untuk memastikan tubuh tidak dehidrasi.
