Seperti mengonsumsi kurma dengan ditambah minum air putih yang banyak dan tidur yang cukup, dilakukan Dewi untuk membuat tubuhnya tetap fit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>You know there is a lot of<\/em>\u00a0sunnah Rasul yang sebenarnya bisa membantu, ya.\u00a0<em>I really enjoy<\/em>kurma. Kurma itu salah satu makanan yang memang\u00a0<em>keeps you energize\u00a0<\/em>dengan gulanya. Terus air putihnya banyak, tidurnya secukupnya,&#8221; ujar Dewi Sandara ditemui di kawasan Senayan, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu 9 Mei 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Dewi Sandra mengaku sebelumnya ia kerap melewatkan sahur. Namun setelah mengetahui hal tersebut termasuk ke dalam sunah Rasul, Dewi mencoba untuk melakukan sahur agar menyempurnakan ibadah Ramadan-nya. &#8220;<em>So I think<\/em>\u00a0aku mau coba deh. Mungkin tahun ini ada bedanya,&#8221; lanjut Dewi.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, untuk menjaga kulitnya, Dewi Sandra juga rutin menggunakan zaitun. Tidak hanya untuk dioles di bagian wajah tetapi juga untuk diminum.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tips aku pakai minyak zaitun yah. Minyak zaitun itu sangat membantu ya dioles di muka, diminum juga boleh kan bagus. Setiap pagi satu sendok teh, bisa diminum pas sahur atau pas buka juga boleh, itu juga melancarkan pencernaan ya. Sama kalau di muka aku bisanya pakai malam. Itu semua sunnah-sunnah yang dianjurkan oleh Rasul ternyata manfaatnya banyak sekali seperti kurma dan madu.
