Fisik yang prima dibutuhkan agar dapat menjalani ibadah dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, perubahan pola konsumsi dan gaya hidup sedikit banyak bakal memengaruhi kondisi tubuh saat bulan Ramadan. Oleh karenanya, agar tak jatuh sakit dan beribadah tetap lancar, beberapa gangguan kesehatan yang kerap dialami saat bulan puasa ini patut diwaspadai:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Kelelahan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saat bulan puasa, tubuh biasanya bangun lebih cepat pada dini hari untuk sahur dan tidur larut malam usai salat tarawih. Pola tidur yang berubah dan cenderung lebih sedikit sedangkan aktivitas tetap sama seperti biasanya membuat tubuh rawan kelelahan.<\/p>\n<p>Kelelahan dapat membuat kantuk dan konsentrasi berkurang. Selain itu, saat tubuh kelelahan, maka tubuh lebih rawan terserang berbagai penyakit seperti masuk angin dan sakit kepala.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengurangi risiko kelelahan ini, ada baiknya mengonsumsi asupan vitamin dari sayuran dan buah-buahan atau menambah suplemen vitamin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Asam Lambung<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nGangguan asam lambung atau dikenal juga dengan maag merupakan salah satu penyakit yang kerap muncul saat bulan Ramadan. Asam lambung dapat meningkat saat perut kosong.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karena itu, agar maag tak menyerang sebaiknya jangan lewatkan waktu sahur. Serta, hindari makanan dan minuman yang dapat meningkat asam lambung seperti kopi, soda, dan gorengan saat perut masih dalam keadaan kosong.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Dehidrasi<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nSaat bulan puasa, sering kali tubuh kekurangan cairan dan membuat dehidrasi. Jika kebutuhan air tak mencukupi, sistem kerja organ dapat terganggu dan meningkatkan risiko penyakit. Salah satu tanda tubuh kekurangan air dapat dilihat dari bibir pecah-pecah, kulit kering, sertaurine yang berwarna dan berbau.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam Pedoman Gizi Seimbang dari Kementerian Kesehatan, remaja dan orang dewasa dianjurkan untuk minum dua liter atau sekitar delapan gelas sehari untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Batuk<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nSantapan yang kerap dinikmati saat sahur dan berbuka sering kali memicu radang tenggorakan. Sajian seperti minuman manis dan dingin serta makanan manis dan gorengan sebaiknya dikonsumsi dengan tidak berlebihan.\u00a0Asupan ini dapat diimbangi dengan konsumsi air hangat dan buah-buahan agar tak memicu radang. tenggorokan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
