Namun, memasuki akhir Juni hingga pertengahan Juli, tren pengaduan kembali meningkat hingga lebih dari 300 laporan setiap hari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Fluktuasinya di awal ketika 11 Mei itu tinggi, lalu mengalami penurunan di bulan Juni. Tapi akhir Juni sampai Juli luar biasa bahkan sampai di atas 300-an sehari. Karena memang eksekusinya kita harus 1&#215;24 jam,&#8221; kata Eddy, Jumat (17\/7\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Eddy, meningkatnya jumlah pengaduan menunjukkan semakin banyak warga yang memanfaatkan kanal tersebut untuk melaporkan persoalan di lingkungan mereka. Cuma mungkin Pak Wali tidak menjawab langsung, tapi itu langsung diteruskan kepada teman-teman perangkat daerah, sehingga insyaallah akan dieksekusi,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia memahami masih ada masyarakat yang mempertanyakan mengapa pesan mereka tidak mendapat balasan langsung dari walikota. Menurutnya, hal tersebut tidak berarti laporan diabaikan, mengingat banyaknya pesan yang masuk setiap hari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bayangkan seorang wali kota harus menjawab 300 sampai 400 WA setiap hari, tentunya memerlukan waktu yang panjang,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Eddy menjelaskan setiap aduan langsung diteruskan kepada perangkat daerah sesuai kewenangannya untuk ditindaklanjuti. Setelah penanganan dilakukan, hasilnya dilaporkan kembali melalui sistem hotline sebagai bentuk dokumentasi sekaligus memastikan laporan telah diselesaikan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Misalnya jalan berlubang, terus yang sering itu parkir non-tunai, itu langsung teman-teman di Dishub melakukan eksekusi dan memberikan laporan balik di hotline. Sehingga kita tahu sudah dieksekusi, fotonya ada, tanggal berapa itu sudah dilakukan,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga 16 Juli 2026, Dinkominfo mencatat 9.077 laporan telah diselesaikan dari total 9.217 aduan yang diterima. Sementara sekitar 103 laporan masih dalam proses penanganan karena baru diterima sehari sebelumnya dan masih berada dalam target penyelesaian maksimal 1&#215;24 jam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2026\/05\/05\/walikota-surabaya-buka-hotline-lapor-cak-eri-dorong-warga-aktif-awasi-layanan-publik\/\">Walikota Surabaya Buka Hotline \u201cLapor Cak Eri\u201d, Dorong Warga Aktif Awasi Layanan Publik<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;103 laporan itu insyaallah akan dieksekusi oleh teman-teman dinas hari ini, dan insyaallah hari ini tuntas, besok tinggal laporannya sudah nol,&#8221; ujar Eddy.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan data Dinkominfo Surabaya, persoalan parkir menjadi kategori pengaduan terbanyak dengan 1.442 laporan. Posisi berikutnya ditempati aduan mengenai lalu lintas, kemacetan, dan pedagang kaki lima (PKL) sebanyak 823 laporan, disusul bidang pendidikan 817 laporan, yang meningkat selama pelaksanaan Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, terdapat 715 laporan terkait persoalan sosial kemasyarakatan, 542 laporan mengenai infrastruktur jalan, 421 laporan gangguan ketenteraman dan ketertiban umum (trantibum), 385 laporan fasilitas umum dan sosial, 367 laporan ketenagakerjaan, serta 355 laporan mengenai drainase atau saluran.<\/p>\n<p>Eddy menambahkan, selain mengoordinasikan tindak lanjut melalui perangkat daerah, Walikota Eri Cahyadi juga turun langsung ke lapangan untuk menangani persoalan tertentu yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus.
